I take pride in what I design and make. It takes many hours, days, and sometimes weeks to come up with new concepts and designs. Every piece I make is special to me, so I put as much attention to detail as I possibly can. If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to me so that I can give you options for your refund or exchange. I'm fair with all of my customers and will NOT make you pay for something that is unresonalbly acceptable. Please read below for more details.

Due to most items being made to order, If your order is cancelled and your item has already been made, there will be a 20% cancellation fee, This policy also applies to ALL returns where the shop owner is not at fault.

Please Note: When creating custom orders, I do my best and work hard to ensure that you are happy with you custom order before I ship it out. Because of this, I cannot accept a return or exchange of custom orders, unless it is defective due to my error.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to cancel, please do so as soon as possible.

If an item is defective because of my error, I will happily exchange it out for a brand new of the same item.

Shipping & Production Time

Due to the increase in wholesale, retail and local orders, shipping for MADE TO ORDER items is from 1 1/2 - 2 weeks.

READY TO SHIP items have a turn around time of 1-3 days

Remember that Insomniac Creations is not a factory. All jewelry is carefully handmade and designed by one designer and some items may not always be in stock. Although I carry some items that are ready to ship, in most cases the items are not made until you order. Items that are out of stock or made to order will be completed as promptly as possible.

Some pieces require extra time for painting and drying, which will delay shipment and may take a bit longer to ship. If you need your item sooner, please feel free to reach out and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Additional Information

I strive to deliver the best quality possible. Because of the nature of the business, on rare occasion, an item can come out defective or can break during the shipping process. If this should occur, please reach out to me as soon as possible so I can help. I believe in good customer service and will always do my best to make sure you are happy with your product.

Also, please keep in mind that I am NOT responsible for any lost packages or mistakes made by the post office. However, I do what I can to make sure you get your order delivered.

I cannot control a package once I have given it over to the post office. Please be aware that mistakes are possible & buyers are at their own risk when purchasing.

Accepted Payment Methods

This store accepts PayPal, ApplePay and most major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, China Union Pay, JCB, Diners, Electron and Maestro. I currently only offer Sezzle as a payment plan but, I'm working on other Payment Plan services such as Afterpay and Klarna. In the meantime, if you don't like Sezzle, I highly recommend the Klarna browser extension, which, just like Sezzle, allows you to split your purchase into 4 or more payments and you can use it on almost any website

Onlie Payments & Security

This store uses PayPal and Wix for payments which automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). All your payment details are strictly confidential and we do not store such information. Your address will not be used for any other purpose than to send your order out. We do not share any details or sell any address/email information to third parties. We do not take payment over the phone, all payments are made safe and securely via PayPal and/or Wix.
